Excellent folks. Purchased a spa a few weeks ago including delivery/installation. They had to cut open my lanai to get the spa inside and did a fantastic job. From the time they pulled up to the time they left it was only 90 minutes and they managed to reassemble my house as if they’d never been there. We are happy to report that the showroom is outstanding and Rodney, Kevin and Candice are extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and accommodating. We had made the mistake of ordering a hot tub online which ended up costing us $500 in shipping charges because it was not as represented and were not happy with it. We now know the best way to make this large purchase is to actually go to a showroom and sit in one to feel and realize all the features. Delivery was perfect as was the followup phone call two weeks later. We couldn’t be more satisfied and we love our new spa and the service from Affordable Spas, Pools & Billiards of Central FL.

A company with excellent customer service
We purchased our first hot tub with Affordable Spas, Pools & Billiards of Central FL recently and we LOVE it! The employees were so helpful, and patient with us, going above and beyond. When we purchased it, we were having a house built. Due to circumstances beyond our control, the house was not completed on time. They held the hot tub for us until the house was completed. They delivered it, leaving us all the supplies and information that we needed to get it running once the electrician installed the wiring needed for the hot tub. They left it about 2 feet away from the wall so that the electrician could work. After the electrician was done, he refused to move it back for us, so we were left with a hot tub in the middle of our lanai, that we could not fill or use until it was put back in the right place. We tried to move it, but couldn’t budge it. We tried to get some “strong men” to move it for us, but no go. The job would take 2 minutes, but we couldn’t even find anyone we could HIRE to do it for us. With no other option, I called Affordable Spas, Pools & Billiards of Central FL back to see if they knew anyone closer, if they had any idea what we could do OR if we could hire THEM to do it (even though they are about 45 minutes away from us). We couldn’t believe it when they came out, MOVED our hot tub back for us…THEN FILLED IT, setting it all up with the chemicals, etc, all while we were away from home, and it was running, ready for us to use that same day! Rodney and his crew came out without any hesitation!! How nice it is to find a business that still has such great customer service. AND GUESS WHAT… THEY DIDN’T CHARGE US ANYTHING!!! I was willing to pay them and they refused! Again, what other company do you know nowadays that what do that for you?
I will definitely drive the extra miles to purchase all of our spa supplies from them, recommend them to anyone and everyone, and purchase our NEXT hot tub from them, too! THANK YOU FOR GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND, AND FOR DOING ALL THAT YOU HAVE DONE FOR US!! IT IS TRULY APPRECIATED!

I’m impressed! Every time I walk in this place I’m greeted by friendly, knowledgeable folks who care more about finding what you need than just selling something. The prices are fair. Their product selection is vast and made up of quality products. If you want junk, this is not the place for you! From the moment we walked in, it was a zero pressure situation.
Everyone in the store was happy to see us and eager to help. We discussed what we were looking for and sat in quite a few spas. It was very important to find just the right spa for the two of us. We don’t have a lot of room, and I have recently been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia. Our spa arrived rather quickly, was set up in less than 2 hours, and we were given full instructions on how to use it. Whenever we go back to get chemicals, the people in the store know exactly what we need because they remember the tub that we purchased! What excellent customer service! Never seen better! We’re in our spa almost every night, and it has made a difference in my level of pain. This is the place to go. No need to look anywhere else. Thank you all so much for all you do!

They gave me credit for my 17 year old broken hot tub that I was able to apply on the purchase of my great new Jacuzzi.
